Customer Cancellations

No cancellations are accepted after shipment - all sales are final.

Returns

Returns are available on a very limited basis with a 20% restocking charge. Additionally, shipping charges are not refunded. Products not returnable include (but not limited to): opened merchandise, DVDs/videos, customized products such as andon lights, count-down timers, software systems, paint, etc.

Shipping & Freight

All orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS standard. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. The Lean Supermarket is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

Short Product or Wrong Product

Claims for shortages or wrong product must be made within 20 days from the date of shipment. Claims made after 20 days will not be accepted.

Warranty

The Lean Supermarket LLC warrants its products to be free from defects at the time they are sold. The Lean Supermarket's liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. The Lean Supermarket can not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use the Lean Supermarket's products. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

Sales Tax - International Orders

The Lean Supermarket LLC does not charge sales tax on orders sent outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes, fees, or duties required in their respective country. Please contact your local tax authorities for more information.

Regulations

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the Lean Supermarket products purchased meets Corporate, State, and Federal regulations in the customer's local area.

Content

The Lean Supermarket LLC does not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or completeness of the content provided on our internet site.

Limitation of Liability

In no event is the Lean Supermarket LLC liable in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, strict liability, to any person for any damages of any type from or in connection with any use or inability to use, or results of use of the products or content from the Lean Supermarket.

Minimum Age

You must be 18 years old or older to purchase materials from the Lean Supermarket LLC.
