Great lean simulation training package - similar to a lego simulation you may have experienced. This training exercise takes about 90 minutes from start to finish. The training progresses from batch, to smaller batches, and then to single unit flow in 3 rounds of simulation. Metrics are tracked at each stage of the process and participants will see the dramatic effect of single unit flow verses traditional batch manufacturing.

This is a great training exercise to for all employees. It will give your entire team a basic understanding of many lean principles and the financial impact that lean could have on your organization. This training exercise will be critical to getting more employees on board with your lean efforts.

Lean Communication Rotating Kiosk Display - Lean SQDC Board Displays

Four sided rotating kiosk for use as a lean display displaying information on the shop floor. Base is 18" square with a total height of 63". Display 8.5X11 documents in landscape or portrait orientation (display pockets sold separately). Works very well as a SQDC board to display department cost, quality, safety, delivery, waste, and 5S information. Kiosk displays are very effective as a lean communication board as well for employee entrances and cafeterias. Acrylic document holders (sold separately) lock into the display and are easily adjustable and movable. The displays are very durable and easy to clean and revolves smoothly for ease of viewing information. The capacity of each side is 4 sheets landscape or portrait orientation.
